ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Savannah Mc Rae, RYT-200Savannah is unequivocally dedicated to promoting a mind, body, and spirit connection through holistic care. She is a proud graduate of yoga hOMe’s ® hOMe School U Teacher Training and was selected amongst a plethora of applicants to be the class 01 Intern. She is a reverend in teachings of Vinyasa and Hatha Healing yoga.
While taking a class with her, you will feel your highest self radiate with balance, strength, and intuition. Her sequencing flows like water, thus bringing you in alignment with your true nature. The healing current is your breath, the vessel is your body, and your roots are found as a student of yoga. She welcomes you with a kind spirit to meditate, move naturally, and elevate.
